With easily implementable solutions that support a working model for repeatable success, Toi shares how her organization, The JEKL Organization for STEAM Education evolved and expanded into The JEKL Institute for Global Equity & Access to include workforce development and vertical mentoring, creating a STEM Ecosystem that rapidly changes with one exception: none of it happens in a vacuum
