This site offers Girlstart Online STEM Modules, icebreakers, board games and quick hands-on STEM activities for educators, including 31 days of STEM activities in DeSTEMber. Girlstart partners with 45 elementary schools in 12 districts to provide school-based after-school programs. Girlstart’s core programs foster STEM skills development, an understanding of the importance of STEM as a way to solve the world’s major problems, as well as an interest in STEM electives, majors and careers.
