This schematic details the pathways developed by SHINE and its partners in rural Pennsylvania to support children from school readiness through college and also to prepare effective educators through service learning, mentoring, pre-service teaching in SHINE after-school programs, enrollment in post-secondary teacher preparation, and in-service professional development through cross-sector collaboration.
