Tina Rolewicz

Tina began her career in education as a science and math teacher. After 15 years of teaching she became the principal of a pre-k through 8th school that she led to receive the 2009 National Blue Ribbon Award. She was the first administrator in her district to implement a 1-to-1 technology program for middle school students. Currently, Tina is the Vice President of Education for Discovery Cube. She strives to be a proponent of STEM education providing educators and students with increased abilities in STEM skills through immersive and engaging hands-on activities. She develops science programs based on NGSS and STEM proficiencies, creates new programming for camps and onsite exhibits, and seeks out collaborations with partnering organizations to provide rich science experiences for children. Tina holds a Master of Educational Leadership from USF, a Bachelor of Art in Economics and Business Management from UCI, and a Teaching Credential from SFSU.
