Dr. Raul (Rudy) A. Reyna has and extensive career that includes 28 years in the telecommunications industry, 14+ years in higher education, and is now a consultant in organizational effectiveness and STEM Education. He started his career at Bell Telephone Laboratories doing work in computer networking, moved to Southwestern Bell (now AT&T), and was President of the SBC Foundation. He was Executive Director of the UTSA Prefreshman Engineering Program which is a national summer STEM program for middle and high school students. The program runs over six summers and in Texas, middle school students receive high school credit and high school students receive college credit. He is currently the lead for the SA-Bexar STEM/STEAM Ecosystem and also Co-Founder+Principal with Longwave Partners, an organization focused on developing operational excellence and Predictive Risk assessment.
