Holly Steele started her teaching career as a middle school science teacher at a K-8 International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme School, before leaving the classroom to serve as a Teacher on Special Assignment for all things STEM-related. She currently serves the Orange County Department of Education as the STEM Administrator. In her current capacity, she and her OCDE team work to build an inclusive STEM community that empowers students to better their world, while also working toward the broader OCDE vision of leading the nation in college and career readiness and success.
