- Coordinated STEM student support program for Kettering University for Engineering, Science and Environmental majors
- Obtained MBA and masters/doctoral degree in education and have taught at 4 colleges
- Designed and implemented head start and K-5 literacy-based STEM and environmental science project-based learning curriculums
- Conduct face to face and on-line afterschool staff and teacher based STEM and environmental science professional development (10-25 times a year)
- Provide technical assistance/consultation for over 50 Pennsylvania after school sites as requested
- Developing science/environmental based career curriculum for NSF Itest Grant
- Presenter at local and national STEM conferences •Member of PA STEM Affinity Group and STEMathon Planning Committee
- Conducted STEM data collection research in partnership with Harvard Partnerships in Education and Resilience
- Co-PI for NSF ITEST Grant
