Lisa is the Director of STEM Programs for Watertown City School District in Watertown, New York. Lisa serves the STEM community as a leader in a variety of capacities, including membership on the New York State Curriculum Advisory Panel for Computer Science, Northeast Region Lead for the Department of Defense Educational Activity Grant Program, DoD STEM Ambassador sponsored by the TGR Foundation, and STEM Ecosystems Leadership Coordinating Council Member. Her experience includes a variety of roles in STEM-related businesses and education.
Lisa is passionate about creating rich STEM learning opportunities that bring joy to learning, empowering all students to develop skills and dispositions for successes beyond high school. She believes in equipping all students with skills, knowledge, and dispositions, beginning in the earliest grades, to solve big problems in our world as members of a skilled STEM workforce.
