About

The NYC STEM Education Network builds on a strong collaboration of city agencies, youth development and education-focused organizations, museums and cultural institutions, higher education institutions, and long-term private funders. The Network has developed cross-sector collaborations to make the city’s rich array of STEM learning opportunities more accessible to young people and to build the capacity of after-school programs to deliver STEM. The Network creates links to other sub-components of our city’s STEM ecosystem, such as NYC Urban Advantage, the NYC Hive Network, Queens 2020 and the STEM Educators Academy.
