If you’re looking for a way to help your family maintain strong mental health during these difficult times, then this lab is for you. We have two activities to share. The mindful jar is a tool to help you pause and respond to difficult situations. Scratch is a coding and animation tool that will help you express your feelings through animation. Join us in exploring the science behind both and boost your spirit at the same time. These activities are ideal for grades 4-8 but all grade levels are welcomed to participate.
