TGR Foundation

Gyla Bell is the Senior Director of Programs for the TGR Foundation (TGRF). Based within the flagship TGR Learning Lab in Anaheim, Ca., her responsibilities include overseeing the staff, programs and operations of the TGR Learning Lab campuses and professional development program for educators, TGR Create. Prior to her position at the TGRF, she was the Assistant Director of the Diversity Department at the Anoka-Hennepin School District Office. She also served as a district curriculum specialist, and used her leadership skills to assess curriculum, instruction and assessment needs for schools and staff. In addition, Bell has been a classroom teacher in grades 4 through 6 as well as a K-6 Title I/reading resource teacher. Bell is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology and teaching credential.
