About
XSTEM is a STEM education organization, founded in 2020 in Argentina and that currently reaches all Latin America and Spanish speaking Youth, Educators and Leaders. XSTEM mission is to reduce the STEM opportunity gap through STEM Education towards a sustainable and inclusive future, with special focus in Youth, Women, public School Students and Educators and small and suburban areas. Aiming this goal, we work together with organizations that shares the purpose and vision, from the private, public and NGO sector.
VISION
XSTEM knows that working together with ecosystems and organizations that share the vision and purpose make us and our impact deeper. So XSTEM has established partnerships with global and regional organizations, to reach underserved communities and expand STEM education towards sustainable development access across Latin America. At the same time XSTEM includes and work together with STEM professionals and women in STEM, to be coherent with our purpose and have role models to inspire our Latin American Youth.
XSTEM design products and high quality STEM offer for Youth and Educators, that are key to reach Students in all Latin America, that need to be included in the innovations that to add value on the STEM fields, while detecting and bringing solutions to their local problems, that are connected with global ones. From XSTEM we know that everyone can be a change maker and we need a proficient, responsible and engaged new generation of acting local but thinking globally citizenship.
XSTEM pursue a state of the art design, implementation, evaluation and communication of STEM education, in connection with high standards of the industrial sector, that brings innovation, opportunities and resources to community processes.
Key Programs
Community Served: Latin America. Spanish Speaking countries. We work from Argentina but we don’t limit our operations to our boundaries.
Learners Served: 5,000 learners; middle school, high school and adult learners.
Types of Learner Programs: Curriculum, In-school programs, Afterschool programs, Summer school programs, Technical training & certification, Workforce skills & development, Coaching or Mentoring Programs.
Types of Educator Programs: Professional Development, Training, Online courses, Curriculum Support and Resources, Coaching or Mentoring Programs, Research Experiences.

XSTEM works with curriculas and tools designed by partners, and help them improve the creations and test it in education field when needed.
