For the past years we have loved being together and learning together. We have cultivated an environment of sharing as well. In Jacksonville we will bring that cultivate and innovation to its highest level, we will design together. There is a wealth of great opportunities in our collective STEM Ecosystems and our greater STEM community. You will have a chance to choose programs, initiatives and such that you want to light up in your own Ecosystem and spend time designing it with the authors, designers, content experts and more. As you head leave your time in Jacksonville, you will have design plans, partners and maybe even roadmaps for funding for opportunities that YOU see as most vital for your own Ecosystem. Talk will become real actions!

We are working daily to design this event so that topics of interest to you are there. As we do this, however, we will need you to bring your right partners to the event. So, if you are going to opt to design deeply in AI, you would want your districts, community colleges and tech folks to be in attendnce. Alternatively if you are working on bringing IBM’s SKillsBuild to your STEM Ecosystem, maybe you would want your districts’ CTE leadership, community college folks, and advanced manufacturing or cyber folks to come as well.

This is a very different approach to attendance. Of course, your partners should attend as they always do but maybe widen the tent to include others per your vision for best use of this event.

You are the center of all that the SLECoP does and providing clarity is important. What questions do you have? What clarity is needed?
