Judd has 11 years of urban education experience between teaching middle school science in the Harrisburg City School District and serving on the elected school board as the academic and student services committee chair. I am an educational consultant at the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN). Judd focused on professional learning and technical assistance for educators and administrators in science, math, culturally responsive PBIS, formative assessment, and classroom management. Currently, Judd is a Special Consultant to the Secretary of Education for STEM. Judd has a diverse educational background with a degree in Ecology from Juniata College, a Master’s in Forest Ecology from Virginia Tech University, and a Master’s in Multi-Cultural Education from Eastern University.
