LeeAnne Jimenez

LeeAnne Jimenez is the science and STEAM academic coordinator for Tulsa Public Schools and has been in the education field for twenty years. As an educator, LeeAnne has been a leader both in and out of the classroom. She has led cadres of teachers in both of the schools in which she worked, and is known as a leader at the district, regional, and state level. LeeAnne believes that students should do the work in the classroom to gain the knowledge which they seek. LeeAnne is the mother of three wonderful daughters and is a grandma to a beautiful baby granddaughter. She lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her youngest daughter and their two pit bull dogs, Rosie and Knight. She is an avid sports fan and roots voraciously for her favorite teams, the Denver Broncos, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and the teams of her alma mater, The University of Tulsa.
