Lee Lambert serves as Washington STEM’s STEM Network Director, leading the charge on the organization’s statewide effort to advance STEM education in alignment with local economic development. From supporting diverse on-the-ground partnerships to facilitating the spread of promising practices across networks, Lee is a leading advocate for high quality STEM education for every student in Washington state. He began his career working for elected officials and has eight years experience working with two members of Washington’s Congressional delegation. Lee came to Washington STEM from the College Success Foundation, where he served as the director of the Washington College Access Network (WCAN). In this role, he worked to increase the capacity of school districts and youth-serving organizations to provide intentional early college awareness and preparation to low-income and underrepresented students.
