National Community of Practice Convening
April 4-6, 2018
Host STEM Learning Ecosystem: DC STEM Network
Registration will open January 2018
The STEM Funders Network STEM Learning Ecosystems National Community of Practice is being held jointly with US News STEM Solutions on April 4-6, 2018 in Washington, DC.
In an effort to streamline the registration process for the joint convening, we have developed with US News STEM Solutions the following steps to register:
- All STEM Learning Ecosystem members planning to attend will only need to register for the National Community of Practice via our internal online registration portal. Once the registration is confirmed through us, you will automatically be registered for both the National Community of Practice Convening and US News STEM Solutions. Your registration for the National Community of Practice will include entry to the US News STEM Solutions, so you will not have to register twice.
- We will send all community leads access to our internal online registration portal for team member registration in January 2018. As in the past convenings, the community leads will coordinate their team members’ registration.
- For additional STEM Learning Ecosystem members who plan to attend only the US News STEM Solutions, they can register directly through the US News STEM Solutions registration portal. Please note that these members will not be able to attend the National Community of Practice portion of the joint convening.
As a reminder, the STEM Funders Network STEM Learning Ecosystems Initiative will support travel, hotel and registration for up to two members. Each STEM Learning Ecosystem may also bring up to an additional two members at their own cost (registration, travel, and hotel) for a total of four team members. If you would like to bring additional team members, we will keep a waitlist until registration closes. Please note that we have been able to accommodate requests for additional members at past convenings as available based on space.
If you are interested in attending as part of your STEM Learning Ecosystem, please contact your community lead.
